David MichaelSAYWELLPeacefully whilst in hospital on March 19th, Dave aged 78 years.

Devoted husband of Celine, much loved dad of Stephen and Claire, dear father-in-law of Tomasz and Sarah. Also a cherished grandad of Cypress, Tommy and Elliot. We will always love you. Our Lady of Lourdes please pray for him.

Requiem Mass to take place on Thursday 3rd April at 12.45pm in the RC Church of St Francis, prior to Interment within Acklam Cemetery. Friends please meet at Church and afterwards at Jack Hatfield Sports Club.

To my sister Celine, my Niece Claire & her Family ,my nephew Stephen & his Family! I was saddened to hear of Dave's Death RIP. He was a gentleman & was always so nice when I went to visit! A Husband, a Dad & Grandad, each role he loved!

My thougts are with you all @ this sad time! May his gentle Soul rest in Peace!

I first met Dave over 30 years ago as a wide eyed teenager , having just befriended Stephen . I’ll never forget his love of fast cars and driving at speeds that terrified me as he dropped us off at one pub or another … we always needed a lift . Only recently I had a final lift from Dave and can confirm nothing had changed … I was still terrified ! RIP Dave x
