We have only just found out about this very sad news today from our former neighbour Mary who we bumped into. Our family sends our thoughts and sympathies to the Schleich family. When we were neighbours, I thoroughly enjoyed talking about our respective visits to Munich. Karl had so much pride in his Jaguar cars and I was fortunate to have been taken on a drive once. Karl was a fabulous neighbour. We will miss him.
Thank you Karl and may you RIP.

Dear Karl,
we had some great times during our technical and commercial missions together – With you, I found an excellent friend, even a friend, because we spoke very freely and about everything. You have been for me a great English teacher always patient with a fluid, clear and high class language. I have always considered you a true gentleman. You were able to be very serious rigorous in everything but also capable of great laughs, your talents this storyteller captivated all the participants. It is with regret that we did not have the chance to see each other more often. With great sorrow for me you leave us
Rest in peace, I have excellent memories of you and many others too I am sure.
Goodbye my friend Karl.
Your French partnair JC
