Irene GailSEALYLately of Kingstone, Staffordshire, and former Nursing Officer of Walsgrave Hospital; Gail passed away peacefully at home on 27th March 2024 aged 82 years.

Gail was a much-loved Mum to Abbi, loving Mother-in-law to Robert, and cherished Grandma to Aidan. She was also a beloved Wife, Sister, Auntie, Great Auntie; and adopted Grandma to many.

A celebration of Gail's life will take place at St John's Church, Hollington (Staffordshire), on Thursday 25th April 2024; at 12 Noon. Afterwards at the Manor Golf Club, Kingstone.

All friends welcome. Family flowers only please, but donations, if desired, please be made at the Service to Burton Chemotherapy Unit.

Gail. I am honoured to have known you as a colleague and friend. We travelled many miles together, occasionally with me going the wrong way! I have many happy memories of you. I was inspired by your calmness, kindness, strenght, intelligence, humour and straight talking. You fed me physically (with the best ever sandwiches) emotionally and intellectually (with your wise advice, vast experience amd knowledge) Although we didn't meet up for many years we kept in touch with updates every Christmas. Thankyou to Abbi for looking after Gail so well when she needed you
I am travelling today to pay my last respects.
Gail, you will be sadly missed. Rest in peace
