Dr DibyenduSEN GUPTAIt is with great sadness, we announce the passing of Dr David (Dibyendu) Sen-Gupta. He was a GP of 40 years and ran a single handed practice in Solihull Lodge for 34 years. He was a much loved father, grandfather, friend and doctor. After the untimely and sad passing of his wife Swapna, in 2008, David spent the past 10 years as an active international Rotarian and charity worker with many pet projects, both local and overseas. He was part of a Bill Gates' polio prevention programme and Shelterbox initiatives. He actively changed the lives of hundreds of orphans across four orphanages, and several schools. He is survived by his daughter, Dita (Naik). David will be missed by his family, colleagues and friends. Rest in peace and God bless.
