Peacefully in Marie Curie Hospice with his family on Sunday 14th June 2026 aged 65 years.
Devoted dad of Michelle, Gary and Amie.
Loved father in law of Cody, Kelly and Stephen.
Treasured grandad of Ryan, Liam, Owen, Abbie, Michael, Shirelle, Stephen, Gary, Robbie, Ava and Aria.
Loving great grandad of Bentley, Myla, LJ, Delilah and Dottie.
Beloved son of Ethel and Fred.
Much loved brother of Freddy, Brian, Susan, Doris, Carol, David (Joe), Gail and the late Marie.
Also a dear uncle and friend to many who will be sadly missed.
Would all please meet for funeral service at West Road Cemetery Chapel on Thursday 9th July at 12.00pm followed by interment.
Floral tributes welcome or donations gratefully received on behalf of a charity of the family's choice a collection box will be available following the service.
All welcome afterwards to The Cochrane Street Club.

So sorry to hear of Rob's passing, he was a one hell of a guy, good heart, great manners and one big heart

The world is going to be a sadder place without his presence

Uncle Robbie, the legend. You had the biggest heart and personality Ive ever known. You showed us all how to be better ppl. Pulling into Westfield rd in 14 seater van, tell all ur mams ur coming with Robbie Shaw and get a quid... you'd take us all to parks, beaches anywhere and we'd all have the best day of our young lives, all those memories will never fade, thank you. You showed me how to be better dad to my kids. The man may have been taking 2 soon but your legend will never be lost, we will teach our kids the Robbie Shaw way and tell the many stories about you.
