Robert JohnSHERMANIt is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robert Sherman, affectionately known as "Bob" who passed away on 2nd April at the age of 87. Bob was a devoted husband to Stella and father to Paul & Peter. Father-in-law to Lynda & Vicky. He was also a proud grandfather to Katie & Robbie and a great grandfather to Zach & Summer. Bob cherished his family as the centre of his world. Those fortunate enough to have known him will remember him with love and admiration. His warm presence, humour, and love profoundly impacted the lives of everyone around him. A true gentleman, Bob was selfless and devoted in his care for his wife, children, and grandchildren, an embodiment of the spirit of a loving family man. Though he may no longer be with us, his love and memory will live in our hearts forever. A Requiem Mass will be held at St Michael's RC Church, Widnes, on Friday 23rd May, at 11:00am, followed by interment at Peel House Cemetery at 12:00 pm. Family flowers only please. Donations will be gratefully accepted for the benefit of Claire House
A reception will follow immediately after the funeral Widnes Cricket Club WA8 9LA all who wish to attend can do so.
