JudithSHRIVEAnn (Judy) Passed away peacefully at Good Hope Hospital on 27th June 2016, aged 74 years. Will be sadly missed by family, friends and neighbours. A farewell service was held at Streetly Crematorium on Friday 8th July. Attended by immediate family only as requested by Judy. Donations if desired, in memory of Judy, will go to The Haematology Unit, Sheldon Block at Good Hope Hospital.
