LeeSHUFFLEBOTHAM(Shuff) Sadly on 7th October, 2020 at the Royal Stoke University Hospital, Lee aged 28 years of Maybank. Devoted fiancé of Becky, much loved daddy of Leighton, treasured son of Dawn and Jeff, loved brother of Lisa and Katie, brother in law of Gary and Martin, dear uncle of Leah, Logan, Jensen and Joseph. Also a loving grandson, nephew and cousin. Lee will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all his loving family and many friends. Funeral service and Interment to be held at St Margaret's Church, Wolstanton on Friday 16th October, 2020 at 10:30am. Due to current restrictions if you wish to line the route to church (Maybank High Street, The Marsh heading towards Wolstanton) this would be appreciated. No mourning clothes would be preferred, but red and white colours appreciated. Donation's much appreciated to PALS (RSUH).
