SHUTTAlan After an illness fought with great courage on the 19th July 2017 at The Douglas Macmillan Hospice, with his loving wife at his side, Alan aged 81 years sadly passed away. Devoted and beloved husband of Josephine, treasured dad of Karen, cherished step dad of Terry, Peter, Paul, Nick and Karen, Lorraine, Joanne, a much loved step father in law of Joanne and Karen. A loving granddad and friend to many, Alan will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered by all who knew him. Alan a well known and talented organ builder and player, was highly respected amongst the church and organ communities. Funeral Service to be held at the United Reform Church, Wolstanton on Friday 11th August 2017 at 11am followed by cremation at Bradwell Crematorium. Will relatives and friends wishing to attend, kindly meet at the crematorium. Family flowers only with donations gratefully appreciated to the Church funds and Douglas Macmillan Hospice.
