Special thanks to doctors' and nurses who looked after Eddie in the I.C.U unit of Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary, also to Rev Douglas Irving for a lovely service, thanks also go to Osborne Funeral Directors, Paul Jones and The Bowling Club for all kindness and help and to all who attended the service and gave so generously the sum of £425.87 to the British Lung Foundation in Eddie's memory.
