BrianSLOCOMBESadly, on 26th June at Morriston Hospital, Brian passed away.

Cherished husband of Dianne. Much loved father of Ian and Neil. Loving father in law, to Ruth and the late Helen. Adored Grampa of Luke, Evan Elliot and Evie. Adored great grampa of Maisie. Dearest brother in law of Paul and Jann.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Funeral Service to take place: Ty-Hedd Funeral Home. Friday 17th July, 2:00pm.

Family flowers only please.
