SMALLWOODCaroline Lesley (Cazzy) Of your charity please pray for the repose of the soul of Cazzy, from Newcastle, who died peacefully but suddenly aged 51 years, at the RSUH on Easter Sunday, 16th April 2017, whilst in the loving care of her family. Cherished and dearly loved sister of Julie, dear sister in law of Dave, devoted and adored Auntie to Phebe and Tilli. Much loved niece, cousin and friend, who was fortified with the rites of the Holy Catholic Church, RIP. On whose soul sweet Jesus have mercy. Cazzy will be sadly missed and always fondly remembered by all who knew her. Funeral arrangements later. Cazzy will be much missed, loved by all those who knew her. Our street will not be the same without her.
An exceptionally caring, lovely person. It was an honour and pleasure to know her. Her care and devotion to people will never be forgotten. She will live in our hearts forever.
Rest peacefully Cazzy in God's love.

Such a lovely bubbly lady who was so friendly. Il always remember his welcome you made me feel when I started working at nisa when I was 16 over 10 years ago now. So sorry to hear of the horrible news, thinking of you and your family xx

Rest in peace sweetheart, we all miss you deeply at the Regent..we will never forget your humour or kindness..a real character who loved people and had time for everyone. We are still coming to terms with how sudden your passing was, it shocked us all..only comfort to be had is to know that you didn't suffer.
