Funeral Ceremony to be held at Northumberland Crematorium on Monday 30th October at 12:30pm. Friends please meet at the crematorium.
Donations in lieu of flowers for The Newcastle Freeman Hospital may be given as you leave the chapel or sent directly to the Hospital.
