Kathleen Margaret (Nee Stevenson)SMITHPassed away peacefully on the 23rd December 2010, aged 60 years at The Old Lodge Nursing Home, Etwall, Derby after a 27 year courageous and dignified battle with Huntington's Disease. Treasured mum of Jenny, special nanna to Gino, much loved sister to Gladys, Barry and the late Christine, auntie, great-auntie and cousin. Former wife of Eric and irreplaceable friend to Mo. Kath will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Funeral service and cremation will take place Thursday 13th January at Markeaton Crematorium (Main chapel) at 1.20pm. Family flowers only please donations in lieu may be given at the service or sent to The HDA, Neurosupport Centre, Norton Street, Liverpool, L3 8LR. All are welcome to attend.
