SMITHJanet Passed away at Yeovil District Hospital on Saturday 7th October aged 68 years after a long struggle with Motor Neuron Disease, . A much loved Mum to Simon and Sarah and Granny to Erin and Mae. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
