PenelopeSMITHAnn 'Penny' Died peacefully on 22nd December at Queen's Hospital Burton on Trent, aged 77 years. A service to celebrate her life will be held at the Lichfield and District (Fradley) Crematorium on Tuesday 30th January at 12.30. Family flowers only please.
