Susan MaureenSMITHPeacefully slipped away on Thursday 4th July 2019, aged 59 years, surrounded by her loving family. Loving daughter to John and Eva, and sister to Pete, Brian, Keith, Alf and Graham, cousin to Angela, Hazel and Molly, Susan will be very much missed by Michael and Suzanne and everyone at Melody House who have lovingly cared for Susan for almost 30 years. The funeral service will take place at Grimsby Crematorium on Monday 22nd July 2019 at 2.20pm, bright happy colours to be worn please. Family flowers only, but if so desired donations in lieu for St Andrews Children's Hospice, may be given on the day of the service.
