GwendolineSMITH'Gwen' Sadly passed away at the Elm Tree Court Care Home on the 21st October 2019, aged 81 years. Loving wife of Alan. Mother of Jason & Jonathon, in-laws Sandra & Rachel. Grandma to Emma, Macie & Harry. Great Grandma to Hollie. Funeral service to take place on Friday 1st November, at the Chanterlands Crematorium Small Chapel 4.00pm. No flowers please, donations after the service for the Elm Tree Court Residents Fund. Resting at the Co-op Funeralcare, 344 Holderness Road. Tel 01482 329131. By appointment only please.

Sleep peacefully great auntie gwen,I'll always remember the stories of you travelling the world. You was always a well presented beautiful lady. Time to rest those tired eyes now reunited with your mum and dad. Forever in my thoughts. You suffered for so long,nomore suffering now your at peace.sleep right. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at elm tree court for making auntie Gwen's last few years as nice as they could be.it was nice to spend the Last two and half years seeing you while working there. My love thoughts and prayers to uncle Alan and sons xxx
