Christopher JonathanSMITHSuddenly passed away on Monday 11th January 2021, aged 54 years. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Chris’ funeral service will be held at Lichfield & District Crematorium, Fradley on Wednesday 17th February 2021 at 4:30pm. Please be aware due to the current government guidelines Chris’ funeral will be by invitation only. Family Flowers Only. Donations if desired may be made through the online obituary to the British Heart Foundation.
