Amelia JadeSMITHSMITH - AMELIA JADE, November 14, 2021. Aged 23 years. Loving partner of Tom, loving mummy of Lucas and Poppy, loving daughter of Lorraine and Michael, loving sister of Amber. Amelia will be sadly missed by all her loving family and friends. Funeral service to held on Thursday 16th December 2021 at St Chads Church at 1.00pm, followed by interment at Everton Cemetery. All mourners are welcome to return to the Quarry Green Club for refreshments. Amelia will be resting at her Grandmas and grandads house from Wednesday 15th December.
