VeraSMITH21st December 2022, aged 102 years. Peacefully at Afton Lodge Care Home. Reunited with husband Jim and daughter Dorothy. Much loved auntie of George and Tina, great auntie of Mark, Jennifer, Katie, Kiel and great-great-auntie of Hattie. Vera will be sadly missed by her family, many friends and neighbours. Service and cremation at Thornton Crematorium, on Thursday 19th January at 1.30pm. All flowers and enquiries to David Clegg Independent Funeral Service, 77 - 79 Bridge Road, Litherland, L21 2PA. We want to share some memories about Vera. She was the most lovely lady you could ever meet. She would travel over from Crosby to Wakefield (West Yorkshire) for Xmas and New Year and in the summer months to spend time with her Yorkshire friends.
We will miss her dearly.
