PatriciaSMITHPat sadly passed away at Fairview Court Nursing Home on 21st November 2023, aged 87 years.
Much loved mother, grandmother and great grandmother - she will be greatly missed.
As there will be no service we invite you to privately celebrate Pat's memory in your own way.
As per Pat's request, her ashes will be combined with her late husband and scattered at a private family occasion.
