Diane PatriciaSMITHPassed away Suddenly on the 18th of January, aged 64 surrounded by her family.
Diane, much loved wife to Andy. Loving mother to her 4 children, Kelly, Paula, Wayne and Michelle. Mother in law to Simon and Carl. Cherished Grandma of 14 and Great Nan to 9. Beloved Sister to Rick and the late Lou, Billy, Rose and Stan. Diane was an Aunt and a friend to many.
The celebration of Diane's life will take place on Friday 7th February at Huddersfield Crematorium at 1:15pm.
By request donations may be made In lieu of flowers to the Forget Me Not Children's Hospice and The British Heart Foundation, for which a donation box will be available after the service.
