TomSNEDDONPeacefully on Monday March 18th 2013 at the UHNS, Tom aged 19 years of Kidsgrove. Tom is much loved by all his family and will be deeply missed by everybody who knew him. Funeral Service and Cremation is to take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Tuesday April 2nd 2013 at 12.30pm. Will relatives and friends please accept this the only intimation and kindly meet at the Crematorium.
