StephenSPENCERStephen Spencer 'Bebby' of Burnley Road Rawtenstall, peacefully passed on August 13,
at Olive House Care Home in Bacup, aged 99 years.
Stephen was a miner back in the day before serving as an Ambulance Driver for Lancashire Ambulance Service
(LAS, the precursor to NWAS) from the 1960s until his retirement in 1991.
He had many casual jobs after retirement, he was never still.
Stephen sang in the Rossendale male voice choir and played in the Goodshaw band with his late brother John.
Stephen will be sadly missed by all that knew him.
Stephen's funeral will be at Accrington Crematorium on Friday, September 4 at 2.20pm
with a get-together afterwards to share memories of Stephen.
