RosemarySTEPHENSOn Sunday 29th November passed away peacefully at home in Budock Water surrounded by the love of all her family. There will be a private service at Penmount Crematorium on December 14th and plan a celebration of her life and work with children with Special Educational Needs and her love of music, when permissible.
