Jacob JosephSTEPHENSSadly on Saturday 9th December. Jacob of Ffordd-Y-Grugg, Bridgend. Beloved son of Victoria and Mark. Much loved brother of Benjamin, Leondre, Matilda and Niamh. Very much missed by his furry friends Yuki, Ren and Milo. Jacob will be sorely missed by his family and friends.

Funeral Mass on Monday 8th January 2024 in St Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Ewenny Road, Bridgend at 12:45pm, followed by interment in Bridgend Cemetery, at 2:00pm.

Family flowers only by request but donations in lieu of flowers will be kindly received for Mind Cymru and may be made directly via https://jacobstephens.muchloved.com/
