ElizabethSTURGESS(Betty) Penny wishes to express her deepest gratitude and heartfelt thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their letters, cards of condolence, floral tributes and expressions of sympathy received during her recent sad loss. Thank you to Rock Cottage Care staff for their kindness and care given with love over the last 7 years. Special thanks to Wendy Mountford, Admiral Nurse at the Douglas Macmillan for her support in the last 12 months. Thank you to Norma Hughes for conducting a beautiful service and for her support, Sharon and Lorraine at Port Vale F.C. for the refreshments and service and to all who gave generously in memory of Betty for the Alzheimer's Society and Rock Cottage Residents Comfort Fund. Finally thank you to Haydn Heath and staff of Tudor-Davies Funeral Services for their excellent attention to detail during the funeral arrangements.
