Unexpectedly on Wednesday 22nd July 2026 aged 25 years Jake

Much loved Son of Gary and Caroline, loving Brother of Graham, Liam, Callum, Nathan and Matty, loving Grandson of Les and Brigid and the late Noreen and George, also dear Uncle of Freya and Luca.

Jake will be massively missed by his Partner Courtney and will be treasured by all his loving family and many friends.

Would family and friends please meet for Funeral Service on Thursday 6th August at Saltwell Crematorium at 1:45pm.

Family flowers only,
Donations if desired to
Cancer Research UK.
