A celebration of Sylvia's life will take place at St Philip the Apostle Church, Birchencliffe on Friday 2nd May at 12:30pm followed immediately by committal at Park Wood Crematorium, Elland.
Donations may be made at the church to benefit the British Heart Foundation.
