Paul was a great boss and looked after his team. I worked for him 2000-2003 and they were busy but happy years. A true railwayman and committed and caring to his team. As we were all being made redundant from roles and split up in 2003 he bought us all this tie which I will wear tomorrow and paid himself for a team building trip and meal in York railway museum. Rest in peace boss. Bob Cross
