Martha ElizabethSWIFTSadly passed away on Friday 2nd June 2023, aged 16 years. Martha’s funeral service will be held at St Michaels Church, Lichfield on Monday 26th June 2023 at 12pm, followed by a private committal service. Please wear smart but colourful clothing. *Please find parking close to St Michaels Church, disabled bays available at Church. Family flowers only. Donations if desired can be made payable to Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham (Critical Care Unit B) and/or Midlands Air Ambulance.
