Loving husband of Jillian, Father of Jonathan and Patrick, in laws Joanne and Joy, Grandad to Ellie, Thomas and Claudia.

Service to be held at Lelley Fields Crematorium Birch Hall on Tuesday 12th August at 3pm.

No flowers please, donations to Alzheimer's Society may be left at the service.

All welcome afterwards to the Stags Head, Lelley.
