PeterSWINSCOE MBEPassed away peacefully on Wednesday 26th March 2025 at St Saviour's Care Home, aged 95 years,
with his two daughters by his side.

Dearly beloved husband of the late Jean, much loved Dad of Catherine and Elizabeth, Father in law to David and Keith, devoted Grandpa of Matthew, Kim, Ben, Jonathan and Tom and proud Great Grandpa of Harley, Arthur, Ruby and Naomi.

Funeral service will take place at All Saints Church, Babworth on Friday 11th April 2025 at 2pm, followed by cremation at Babworth Crematorium at 3pm and afterwards at Ye Olde Bell, Barnby Moor. All welcome.

Immediate family flowers only, donations in lieu of flowers in Peter's memory to Dementia UK and Prostate Cancer UK.

In the forming of Peter Swinscoe, the mold hit its highest peak. A gentleman ‘Morse’, a replica of the ethos of Paul Harris and a man of the community. But first and foremost a family man.
It is not my place to craft a mini eulogy but it is my place to salute a caring cop, a resolute Rotarian and a true friend…both on and off the field.
We each did over 50 years of Rotary, cutting our teeth at Worksop, and went on to make an impact in that great organisation.
He will never lose his place at the community table and I, for one, am the better for knowing and working with him. RIP Dear Friend, Rotarian and stalwart of many other groups too numerous to mention. Herbert Chatters
