CarolynneSYKESPeter, Jamie, Lyndsay and family wish to thank most sincerely all relatives, friends and neighbours for kind expressions of sympathy and letters and cards of condolence received in their sad loss of a much loved wife, mum and grandma. The presence of so many at Carolynne's funeral service was a great support to us all and much appreciated as are the donations given for Kirkwood Hospice. Grateful thanks to the doctors and staff on Ward 8D at Calderdale Royal Hospital and the doctors and staff at Kirkwood Hospice for all their care, kindness and attention. A special thank you to Christine Freeman for her visit, kind words and comforting service and to Gwen and James at Radcliffe Funeral Service for all their help and support with the funeral arrangements.
