ShirleyTANDYNeville would like to extend his most heartfelt thanks to all his family, friends and neighbours for all their support, messages of sympathy, cards of condolence and donations for The Douglas Macmillan Hospice, Blurton which have been received in memory of Shirley - a much loved wife.
Special thanks are expressed to all the staff at Baddeley Green Surgery and the doctors and staff at the R.S.U.H for all their kindness and care shown when it was most needed and which was so very much appreciated.
