Pauline PhyllisTAYLORSadly passed away at The Royal Derby Hospital, aged 66 years.
Loving wife of Robert for 42 years. Beloved Mother of Michelle, Darren & Jamie, and loving mother in law to Chris, Elyon and Kylie. Nana to Joel, Stephen, Mia, Izaak, Kayden, Dominic, Tyler, Holle, Sammy and Stuart, also sister of Albert.
A funeral service will take place at Markeaton Crematorium (Main Chapel) on Friday 20th June at 12.30 pm.
Family flowers only, however donations in loving memory of Pauline to benefit The Renal Unit at The Royal Derby Hospital may be placed in the donation box provided.
Please wear bright & colourful clothing, no black attire please.
