FloTHOMASIn Loving Memory of Flo Thomas

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother and grandmother, Flo Thomas, who left us peacefully on 3rd May 2025.

Flo was the proud and devoted mother of four children - Gareth, Alun, Chris, and Suzanne - and a cherished grandmother to Emily, Chris, Josh, Gareth, and Henry.

Her love for her family was fierce and unwavering. Like a lioness, she stood strong in the face of life's challenges, always putting her children and grandchildren first with courage, conviction, and compassion.

Flo was rarely seen without a book in her hand or knitting needles at the ready - creating not only beautiful garments but also lasting memories.

Flo's quiet strength touched everyone who knew her. She was sharp, determined, and deeply caring - always ready with a straight answer, or a comforting word.

Flo's cremation will take place at Morriston Crematorium on Monday, 2nd June at 3:30pm, followed by a wake to celebrate her life at The Millers Arms in Ynystawe. All who knew her are warmly welcome to join us in remembering a remarkable woman.

Rest peacefully, Mum - your memory lives on with us all.

Fondly remember working with Flo at B&Q Cwmdu. Two busses to get to work and always reliable and on time. Very competent and professional but also with a great sense of humour. A marvellous no nonsense babysitter when my children were young, our very own Mrs Doubtfire. You will be greatly missed Flo.
Condolences to Suzanne and all the family.
