THOMPSON."Bishop Jim"On September 19th, after a very short illness, beloved husband of Sally, much loved father of Ben and Anna and dear bampy to her twins, son of the late Madge and Bernard Thompson (Leckhampton and Hatherley), dearest brother of Barbara and David Abbatt and much loved uncle.He was a guest lecturer on Swan Hellenic Cruise, aboard Minerva II, when he died. He will be missed by so many.The funeral has taken place on Exmoor and his Memorial Service will be held later at Wells Cathedral.Thank you so much to everyone for so many kind and sympathetic cards and letters.
