Pamela Iris MarianTHOMSON(nee Thorne) John, Paul, Mark and Pamela (Dinkie) would like to thank family, neighbours, friends, and people from many churches, for their cards, flowers, kind thoughts, messages of sympathy and prayers received following the passing of their mother Pamela. Special thanks to her grandson Peter, for piping the cortege past Crail Church and up to the cemetery; to those who ensured that the service could be live-streamed to family members overseas: and to John and Mark for conducting a service of celebration and thanksgiving, filled with dignity, respect, laughter and love. Our grateful thanks to the teams of carers, in Crail and in Ardrossan, and to medical and nursing staff, for professional and caring attention. We would also like to express our thanks to Joan, Alex and family for being such attentive neighbours, and to the many people in Crail who knew Pamela, visited her - and were visited by her! - and who ensured that, although latterly she lived alone and became gradually frailer, she was safe. Over the years, the various ministers, elders and congregational members of Crail Parish Church have provided much appreciated pastoral care, for which the family is most grateful. Many thanks to Gordon, Carly and the staff of William Wallace & Son, funeral directors, for the excellent arrangements, carried out with professionalism, understanding and kindness.
