Christine, BarbaraTHOMSONIt's with great sadness we announce, Mrs Christine Thomson from Bodmin, peacefully passed away at the Royal Cornwall Hospital, Treliske, on 27 April 2022, aged 86. Beloved by her sons, Clive, Mark and Glenn, sister Rosie, brother-in-law Derek, Granddaughter and Great Granddaughter, Leanne and Ava, daughter-in-laws and son-in-law, Sam, Liz, Kirsten and Stuart, and a very dear friend to everyone she knew. She lived a life of purpose, love and caring, with sunshine and beaches, she was always the first to help those in need, raising awareness and money for numerous charities including the Stroke Association and the Cornwall Blood Bikes. She touched the hearts of so many people during her exquisite life, she will be greatly missed by everyone and she leaves us all with heartfelt memories.

I am thankful we were able to reconnect before your passing, I will cherish the memories and messages. I’m so happy I got to share photos and videos of Ava with you, I only wish you got to meet her in person too. Rest easy Chris, you are gone but won’t be forgotten, love Leanne x

A very special person. Down to earth, outspoken sometimes but always truthful and caring to others who will miss her so much. She gave an incredible amount of herself and her time especially to The Stroke Association and the people who attended the club she ran in St Austell. Rest in peace my dear friend.
