The funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Friday 31st October 2008 at Mortlake Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations if desired, to Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital and/or The PDSA to be sent to W. S. Bond Funeral Directors, 127 High Road, Chiswick, W4 2ED.
