JeffreyTUNGATEPassed away on 12th May 2019 aged 80 years. Loving dad of Tina and Karl, father-in-law of Rick, loving grandad of Sheree and much loved great-grandad of Freya. Funeral service takes place on Monday 3rd June at the Chanterlands Avenue Crematorium (Small Chapel) at 12.00 noon. No flowers by request please. Donations in loving memory for Dementia UK may be left after the service.
