Of Cae Llwyd Bach, Penmachno, Betws-y-Coed; passed away peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital, aged 87 years.

Much-loved husband of Geraldine, proud father of Matthew and grandfather of Amber Tunstall. Predeceased by his first wife, Dot, his brother John and nephew Jeff; Beloved uncle of Martin and a cherished cousin to Margaret Girling.

The funeral service will be held at Colwyn Bay Crematorium on Tuesday, 29th September 2026 at 11:45am and afterwards at The Gwydyr Hotel, Betws-y-Coed. All are welcome.

Family flowers only. Donations in memory of Alan, if desired, will be gratefully received towards Urdd Cyfeillion Ysbyty Glan Clwyd; The League of Friends of Ysbyty Glan Clwyd
