MichaelVARNAMVARNAM Michael. Passed away peacefully at home on 29 April. Sneinton GP for many years, Michael devoted his life to serving others. His Christian faith inspired his work within the community, gaining him a national and international reputation. He worked with the council, health authorities and police to help improve the lives of the most needy people in Nottingham. He was known for his energy, commitment and compassion, locally and throughout the country. He will be dearly missed by his family and all who knew him. The funeral service will take place on Saturday 13th May at St Helen's Church, Stapleford at 2pm, followed by a private cremation. Family flowers only.
