Devoted wife of the late Arthur, loving mum to Peter, a devoted grandma and a good friend to many she will be dearly missed.
A service of celebration will be held on Friday 25th April at St Patrick's Church, New North Road at 11.00am followed by a committal service at Huddersfield Crematorium at 12.30pm.
Donations in Connie's memory will be gratefully received for the benefit of Kirkwood Hospice for which a plate will be provided.
