TracyWALKERPassed away peacefully with strength, dignity and grace, on 13th September, in the presence of her loving children at the Dougie Mac Hospice. Tracy, aged 56, from Meir Heath, formerly of Shildon.
A beautiful and precious mum, cherished by James and Jessica; a much loved daughter of Pamela and the late Noel; sadly missed by partner, Andi.
Tracy will be fondly remembered by all who knew her; her kindness and generosity will never be forgotten.
Funeral service to take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Friday, 9th October at 2pm.
Family flowers only by request please.
Formal, classic funeral attire.
Donations to Dougie Mac Hospice in memory of Tracy will be welcome at the service.
