HendersonWATERMANHenderson Da Costa Waterman known as "Hendy". Passed away peacefully on Monday, 27 December 2021, aged 80, at Leicester Royal Infirmary after a short illness. Hendy was the much loved father of Shaun and David, previously husband to Norma and partner of Iris, uncle and great uncle to many. Hendy came to the UK in the early 1960's and became a Lance Corporal in the Royal British Signals Regiment, serving in Germany and Bahrain, before settling in Leicester and raising his family and worked for many years at Ratby Engineering as a skilled centre lathe turner. The funeral for Henderson Da Costa Waterman will take place on Thursday 13, January 2022 at the Gilroes Cemetery, with the service commencing at 1.30PM.
