Hannah-JaneWESTDied peacefully on 18th January 2019, aged 43 at The Hospice in The Weald after a long illness, bravely fought. Much loved but greatly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral will be Tuesday 12th February at 11.30am at Clayton Wood Natural Burial Ground, Hassocks, followed by burial accompanied by family only. No dress code but flowers for buttonholes to be worn. Family flowers only, but donations to the Hospice in The Weald can be sent to Arka Original Funerals, 39 - 41 Surrey Street, Brighton, BN1 3PB.
