Roderick ScottWHEATLEYOn Sunday, 31st December, 2023, peacefully passed away at St Austell Community Hospital.

Rod, aged 78 years, of Truro.

Loving father, grandfather and friend to many.

Rod and his humour will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

The funeral service will take place on Friday, 19th January, at 1pm, in the Trelawny Chapel, Penmount Crematorium.

Donations in memory of Rod to benefit Children's Hospice South West and RNLI. In aid of the Little Harbour Hospice, St Austell and the Pendeen Lifeboat Station. c/o: www.memorygiving.com

I was thinking of Rod today wondering how he was doing. I came across this obituary. So sorry to Rod's family for your loss a few months ago. Very fond memories working with Rod, always had me in stitches with his wonderful stories and wicked sense of humour. RIP Rod x
